• 1 pizza crust (I use Trader Joe’s)
  • 6 tablespoons Earth Balance
  • 6 fresh sage leaves
  • 2 cups chopped mushrooms
  • 1 bunch asparagus, ends trimmed
  • 1 Tbsp grated onion
  • 1 tsp herbs de provence
  • 4 cloves fermented black garlic (again, I get mine at Trader Joe's)
  • salt , pepper to taste
  • Olive oil
  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Take pizza dough and drizzle a bit of olive oil on a pizza pan. Stretch and form your dough to the edges of the pan, using whatever method you like. Then drizzle the top with more olive oil. Once preheated, place in oven and bake for 12 minutes.
  2. While that is baking heat two different pans over medium high heat. Add 3 Tbsp Earth Balance to each pan.
  3. Once melted add the asparagus and grated onion to one pan and the fresh sage and mushrooms to the other.
  4. Let them both saute for about 10 minutes. Stir and shake occasionally to prevent burning.
  5. Add salt and pepper to each to taste.
  6. Take crust out after 12 minutes and add to it chopped fermented black garlic, mushrooms and asparagus. Sprinkle with herbs de provence. Drizzle with more olive oil and place back in oven for 7 minutes.
  7. Enjoy!
